About the Role

Are you passionate about sports and ready to take your analytical skills to the next level? We’re expanding our team due to high demand and seeking a talented Sports Lead Trading Analyst to join us on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Sports Lead Trading Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Head of Sportsbook and Sports Analysts, playing a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting data for internal stakeholders. You’ll also collaborate with various departments, serving as a key link between the analytics team and other managers.

Responsibilities:

Be the go-to person for analytics-related matters, fostering strong communication and collaboration with internal departments.
Assist in workflow planning with analysts to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
Conduct customer profiling of global accounts on multiple platforms and back offices.
Undertake regular and ad hoc tasks for upper management, showcasing your versatility and problem-solving skills.
Provide support to analysts to ensure timely completion of projects and objectives.
Perform in-depth analysis of current product and highlighting weaknesses of the product.
Perform training and management of a team of Sports Analysts

requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the online gaming industry, demonstrating your expertise and understanding of the field.
Strong mathematical, statistical, analytical, and reporting skills to effectively analyze and interpret sports trading data.
Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with other programming languages is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver objectives with a proactive and self-driven approach.
Some project management experience would be advantageous, enabling you to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a management role is a plus.
