About the Role

We are looking for experienced, value-driven Product Owners to join our client’s team (NetBet) and to support the formulation of the C-suite’s vision and strategy.

About the Role – Your primary responsibilities include product development based on feedback, continuous market research and to be working closely with the development team to ensure business requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the C-suite and different senior stakeholders to translate their vision into a comprehensive roadmap, aligned with the business needs
Contribute to the prioritization of the projects and successfully manage the backlog
Collaborate with UX and visual designers to transform bold concepts into refined, well-scoped features
Business Opportunity Analysis – Find opportunities and develop supporting materials with quantitative and qualitative-driven insights, advocating for creative and innovative solutions to complex problems
Competitive Intelligence – Perform detailed analyses of competing applications, including feature sets, content offerings, and general UX
Data Analytics Initiatives – Find new ideas to A/B test to further the growth of the online casino ecosystem
Be The Product Expert – Understand the player journey and create best-in-class solutions, ensuring key selling features and product info is represented accurately in the platform with a strategic lens towards improving comprehension, conversion, and player satisfaction
Player Champion – embody the “player” view internally, driving a fan-first viewpoint across the org and post-launch product plans; ensure that the player’s voice helps drive the brand’s direction
Cross-Platform Strategy – Develop and implement strategies that ensure a seamless user experience across various platforms, including mobile applications and web interfaces
Mobile Application Oversight – Collaborate with development teams to oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and meet user expectations
Platform-Specific Feature Management – Identify and prioritize features that leverage the unique capabilities of different platforms, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction

Qualifications – Experience in product ownership, preferably from gaming; online casinos; or consumer products. Experience in managing regulated products. Experience to manage relationships with stakeholders

requirements:

Expertise in collecting and analyzing feature performance through advanced analytics, tracking KPIs, and deep analysis of user behavior and intent
Data-driven attitude that can understand our player base and market trends and translate them into business opportunities
Communication is your strength: you get energized by exchanging ideas with other people; you initiate conversations with your stakeholders, and you want to contribute to our growth
Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of varied seniority from both the Commercial and Technical sides of the organization
Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and solve complex problems
Familiarity with behavioral economic concepts, data analysis, UX/UI, and A/B testing
Ability to balance a data-driven attitude with creative problem-solving while maintaining a player-focused perspective
Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features, managing the backlog
Exceptional business judgment with a strategic and analytical attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to articulate complex ideas and influence others
Team player attitude

Comfortable with giving and receiving candid feedback
Solid understanding of the latest gaming systems and industry trends
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task with demonstrated performance managing multiple projects simultaneously
