Responsibilities:

• Servant-Leader:
  ○ Act as a servant-leader for one or two delivery teams, doing everything possible to help the team perform at the highest level without compromising
  Scrum values or using command-and-control tactics.
  ○ Empower teams to take ownership of their work and foster self-organization.
• Agile Advocate:
  ○ Coach the development team and stakeholders on Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
  ○ Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are focused and efficient.
• Impediment Remover:
  ○ Identify and remove blockers or impediments to ensure smooth delivery and team progress.
• Quality and Performance Guardian:
  ○ Guide teams to produce high-quality, working software with quality embedded throughout the development process.
  ○ Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Collaborative Partner:
  ○ Partner with product managers to ensure alignment on sprint goals and backlog priorities, helping deliver products that solve customer problems and drive business value.
  ○ Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
• Metrics and Reporting:
  ○ Produce and interpret Agile metrics, including velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time, to communicate progress, identify bottlenecks, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  ○ Provide insights to improve delivery timelines and team efficiency.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
  ○ Foster alignment and collaboration between multiple teams, ensuring smooth handling of dependencies and shared objectives.
• Change Agent:
  ○ Guide teams and stakeholders through Agile transformations, adapting processes and workflows to meet organizational goals.
