 Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our valued customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent support
  • Resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the problem, explaining the best solution, and ensuring resolution
  • Understand and assess customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction
  • Process account cancellations or upgrades seamlessly
  • Engage with customers through multiple channels: email, chat, and phone calls
  • Acknowledge and address customer complaints with care and efficiency
  • Process forms, applications, and requests with precision
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with your colleagues
  • Work closely with the customer service manager to continuously improve our service quality
  • Provide valuable feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process
  • Ensure ultimate customer satisfaction through exceptional support and professionalism

what you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when customers are stressed or upset
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to various personalities
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends (2 per month): 🕘 09:00-17:00; 🕐 13:00-21:00; 🕔 17:00-01:00
